I almost always have this breakfast every morning. I tried the hot cereal with raisins. Although I really liked it, "and still do," I found that it didn't stick with me. I was hungry by the time I put the bowl in the dishwasher. Complex carbohydrates certainly give you a lift, however they don't stick with me like an omelet with all the extras do.
I end up with a breakfast that has only 239 calories, 15.1 grams of fat, 5.7 grams of carbohydrates, and 20.6 grams of protein. I feel that it's the protein that stays with me. It's too easy!
