I'm trying to kick up my intensity with my daily workouts. It's easy to cruise when you are by yourself. I picked up a 35lb Dumbbell today. I'll use it for my push-presses & squats. I'm looking at more videos on the main CrossFit link, exercises/demos.

I decide not to log in my daily fat/carb/protein & calorie intake. The main reason is that I've educated myself enough to know what my intake is in the above categories. However it was a great motivator to realize what I was putting in my mouth without thinking.
I will post two or three times a week, since I've laid my foundation down. Hopefully I will get a blood draw around the first of April to see how far my cholesterol has dropped in two months.
