
It's been awhile since my last post. 6 weeks into my Paleo lifestyle, I've lost 11 pounds, and feel great. My son has been visiting for a few days, and he has really ramped up the intensity in my workouts, and shown me some new techniques.
We had a good time at the High school, working out at the track doing lunges and some sprints. The day before we visited a CrossFit gym in Bremerton. There I did.
Kettlebell swings 4 x 15
400 meter run
4 sets of each.
I wasn't sure Id make it, but I gritted through it. I'm heading back to Coeur d' Alene Idaho for a few days to workout at my son's gym, to learn more techniques for my workouts here at home. There's nothing like going to a CrossFit gym to get in shape, not to mention the great atmosphere and camaraderie felt there.
