
I'm one week away from my 60 day mark. I continually feel better all the time. I learned some new techniques along the way, at CDA. I'm anxiously awaiting for Spring to arrive like most of you. I want to do some Mountain biking, and a few spins around the High School track, with some walking lunges and serpentine runs through the bleachers thrown in for good measure.
Friday I'm going to have my cholesterol checked. It was 219 last October, so I'm anxious to see where it's at now. I mentioned in one of my earlier posts that my cholesterol broke 200 for the first time in my life. It will be interesting to see what the Paleo lifestyle has done for me.
