
I admit, sometimes I get a chuckle watching the TV infomercials playing on people's insecurities about losing weight. When I first started my Paleolithic Lifestyle, I thought I would lose 5 or more pounds per week. After talking to my son Derek, I realized that anymore than 1.5 to 2lbs per week would just be water-weight or muscle.
You've heard the old adage, "knowledge is power." Well it's so true. You shouldn't believe the infomercials telling you about the "miracle fat burning pill." or the "vibrating fat burning belt that you wear." 80% of your body composition will be determined by your diet.
I've lost 13lbs in 2 months. Not a great deal of weight, but a healthy amount. There are so many good sites that are posted on my blog that are helpful, educational, and empowering. Don't leave it up to the fads, pills & phony equipment. "Make it a lifestyle change."
