~Hiking for you Health~


I have lost 46 lbs since I started my Paleo lifestyle last February. I went on a 6 mile hike a couple of weeks ago. I do this same hike every year around the end of October. I struggled last year carrying my tripod & camera gear.

It was a much different story this year. I actually enjoyed the hike, and realized, this is what it's like to feel GOOD!

I was watching a lady named DR Nancy this morning on MSNBC, while making my Paleo egg omelet. She was talking about the low carb vs low fat diet. I thought maybe a few Doctors in the medical profession would start to take notice on the benefits of a Paleo-type diet. I was wrong.

I looked up a letter that was emailed to Doctor Nancy concerning her views on the subject. It's a very pointed letter that I found right on. click on the link below.
